is 75lbs a heavy bag? or a 50lb? Thanks
Is there a small glove i could wear instead of wrapping or is wrapping the best way to go?
Always wrap your hands & also use tape if possible. I know the 1" tape is expensive so get some duc-tape but whatever you use take care of the wrist along with all the other bones in the hand. Another reason for wrapping your hands even when using a speed bag is to protect the skin around the knuckles.
Best suggestion is to look up the hand on the net to understand how its put together & how to protect it.

When using a heavy bag your wrist will need the support of wraps.
on a speed bag you might be able to forgoe the wraps if you weren’t already wrapped
