Not sure how to classify this since raw includes belt. Had to wear the wrist wraps because my girly wrists hurt when i squat heavy and i always wear my rehband knee sleeves to keep my knees pain free, i doubt they give you anything on the lift anyway. Sadly i missed the second rep, probably because of how deep i went, well below parallel. (waits for bitching about depth) This is my new plan for my “light week”. No belt only the rehband belt for warmth and the little support it gives when my back starts to get sore. Only way i can keep myself from going heavy.
