The raw and rusty look of the freight elevator is fitting to what awaits for you on the top floor, as the gym you are about to enter is all about being REAL, it is a gym where you can be yourself, a gym where you&#8217;re not judged, a gym without EGO&#8217;s, a gym where you will be pushed and become a better you. You close the elevator door and push the third button, the elevator starts to move and make noise, after several seconds it stops at your destination, you pull up the gate and heavy door, you glance at some of the equipment that you can&#8217;t wait to use; tires, sand bags, monkey bars, free weights&#8230; You enter &#8216;The Yard&#8217; and think about what awaits, you can&#8217;t wait to have &#8220;a real workout&#8221;, you enter &#8216;The Cave&#8217; chalk up and start your routine; double rope climb, upside down pull ups, heavy tire flips, kettlebell snatch, box jumps, kettlebell punches&#8230; you work up a sweat and then you suddenly realize that you are not alone, you are working together in a group, you are being motivated, you are being pushed, you reach the level where your mind starts playing with you &#8220;you want to give up&#8221;, &#8220;you want to give in&#8221;, &#8220;you need to be reminded that you&#8217;ve been here before&#8221;, &#8220;you&#8217;ve done it before&#8221;, &#8220;You need to do <b>&#8230;</b></p>
