Every time I try to squat, I always get pain in my groin. I’ve looked at the technique on sites over and over again. It seems like I’m doing it right, but I keep getting pain in my groin. I need some advice on what I could be doing wrong and how to avoid injury to my goin, cause I do not want that to happen. thanks

And id perfer not to do pullups.

im doing this at home and not at a gym so please give me advice to increasing biceps and chest by any exercises, lifting something else or whatever possible…..

I have this stomache strappy/belt that you wrap around your mid section to help you lose water weight when you are working out. But once it’s lost does it come right back? Are there ever situations where it doesn’t come back? Can someone tell me about how water weight works? Thanks!

I do at least one set of 15 pushups without stopping everyday, and usually do a couple more sets of 10. I do all of them in the night before i go to sleep but after dinner, which for me is like 8 at earliest. I have been doing them for a couple of months, but i just cant get more than 15 without stopping. I am around 6′ 3” and like 195-200 pounds
