i want bigger arms and i want them fast. ive been doing regular curls and pull ups but i heard the triceps will really make your arms bigger.

Performed correctly, step by step it proves to be difficult yet incredibly effective at increasing both the size and strength of your triceps muscle. The triceps make up the largest portion of your upper arm and whenever the size of your arms becomes a personal issue, the triceps are the go to muscle for ultra intensive training attention. The workout involves 4 different exercises combining isolation, static contractions and extended periods of intense muscular stimulation. Workout is to be performed as follows; * UNSTABLE TRICEP DIP x 12 REPS Then * DUMBBELL TATE PRESS x 12 REPS Then * UNSTABLE TRICEP DIP x 12 REPS Then * INCLINE DUMBBELL TRICEP EXTENSIONS (Twist) x 12 REPS Then * UNSTABLE TRICEP DIP x 12 REPS Then * ELBOW DROP PUSH PRESS (Performed to failure) Then * 90 SECONDS RECOVERY Then * REPEAT FOR 5 MORE SETS.
