Resistance bands are a great exercise tool that can be used to do almost any upper body exercise you can do with free weights or machines. This exercise normally requires a cable machine, but with a resistance band it can be done easily with any horizontal bar fixed above head level.

Getting Started ——————————————————————— You can do this exercise either at the gym or at home. If you prefer to do them at home, you can either purchase free weights or use item like water bottles or soup cans. Muscles Worked ——————————————————————— This exercise works your triceps (the back part of your upper arm) and leg muscles, specifically your quadriceps, which are the front part of your thighs.c 1. Holding your weight in your right hand, bend over slightly at the waist with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your side. 2. Transfer weight to your left leg as you step back with your right foot and simultaneously bringing your right arm straight back. 3. Step back to the beginning position and lower your arm back to your side, making sure to keep your back straight throughout the exercise. 4.
