Just some lifting… My weight is around 155-160lbs 5′9 to those who are curious. I prefer calisthenics and bodyweight exercises for strength, but just recently I got back in the weight room. I do upperbody lifts twice a week. Todays workout I do bench press, incline press, tricep push downs, dips, handstand, tricep extensions

Lynx (4 years, Malinois) – practicing heeling, sit in motion, down in motion, down in motion with recall, a couple of crooked but “fixed” finishes, dumbells: flat, jump and A-frame. This was long session including down-stay but we did not practice send outs this day.

vanessa training for fitness festivalen 2008 Because this clip recieved an unexpected amount of wiews I thought I’d let everyone know that as Vanessa’s husband and trainingpartner I know the results of lifting more weight than she could lift comfortably (even if there is a bit of jerking) was tremendus. She has never taken any kind of stereoids or other borderline muscle enhancing pills. In fact we watched skinny girls with little muscle lifting their silver dumbells with perfect form… They are still struggeling putting on muscle today. Remember though, heavy weights needs proper instructions, a spotter and proper diet/training/resting program and is not for beginners. Thanks /David
