Will a personal trainer have the creativeness to get me out of my rut of not being able to increase my squat weight? I don’t want to hear things like eat more, or slow your lifting, or do less. I’ve tried that. It would like something tailor-made to me, based on science, research, my bone density, muscle fiber type that I have.
