I suck at pushups, so give me a goal that a healthy and strong person should be able to do. Don’t give me lower b/c I’m female, I don’t want gender to be included in your “calculation”.
Don… thanks lol I have a lot of work to do… I’m currently at about… um… 12 *cheeks turn red*

i dont want to sound cocky or arrogant but i wish to know if i can consider myself a physically strong man if i can bench press my own body weight. I’ve read in a lot of places and i wish to know if its true.
Thank you!

I also alternate between 75 sit ups one day and 75 leg lifts the next with the push ups.

What I want to know is.. How much stronger will this make my arms?
I do 75 pushups 6 days a week, and I don’t think it is overtraining bc I have a physical job, and I think my muscles have adapted to healing faster, if that’s possible.
Yeah I want to know if I ill notice a big improvement in strength in say 3 months.

My bench max is around 260lbs and row max is around 225 i would like to make it 260 too. What should i do to make my rows stronger. My chest, tris and shoulder are getting stronger very fast but rows remains the same and deadlift too.

Im wondering if i am strong for my weight?
think i can compete in power-lifting?
im 18, 158 pounds and 5′9″. these are my maximums:
bench press: 255
squat: 365 with my legs parallel to the ground. 275 front squat if my butt touches my calves.
dead-lift: 415 if i wear wrist straps. without wrist straps it is 365
overhead press:165
clean and jerk: 205
snatch: 155

my height is 5′3 i weight about 150 and what position i should play in football

would pushups help? please gimme some advice on this. thanks.
