Just some lifting… My weight is around 155-160lbs 5′9 to those who are curious. I prefer calisthenics and bodyweight exercises for strength, but just recently I got back in the weight room. I do upperbody lifts twice a week. Todays workout I do bench press, incline press, tricep push downs, dips, handstand, tricep extensions

are there any good workouts for my back to help me keep my back straight during my deadlifts?Im 17 and i can deadlift 315lbs with a straight back, but could do more if i had more back strength. im already starting bent over rows. any others? also, has anyone done the Ed Coan deadlift routine?
