Check out my Bodybuilding Blog at: www.LeeHayward.com When performing heavy pulling exercises like barbell rows, deadlifts, shrugs, pull ups, pull downs, etc. your grip strength is often the limiting factor that will prevent you from getting as many reps as you are capable of doing. So to help with this you can use lifting straps to re-enforce your grip strength and hold onto heavier weights then you normally could. In this video I show one of my coaching students, Brent, how to properly use lifting straps for the first time. I was taking an Amish woman out to stores yesterday and we passed a so called horse trainer on the road. The man had wrapped leather straps around the horses neck, from his ears to his chest. WHY? This same man hitched up some kind of equipment to a horse’s legs and it looked like it was run by electricity/battery. The horse’s ears were back, and the legs were being lifted up high. I did contact someone about it at the time, but I don’t think it was checked into. That was last year. Now this with the leather strapping. It doesn’t seem humane to me.. the guy also had a whip on the side of his training wagon. The woman said the man is good to his horses… I doubt that. Too many of the Amish, an animal is treated as machinery… they don’t seem to know that animals feel pain, the cold of winter or the hot of summer. If anyone knows about this method of training, please let me know… I’d NEVER seen it done. Thanks!

Hiya. I’m a 34B (I’ve never been properly measured, my mum just guessed when we were buying underwear) and the cup size seems about right (on my right breast anyway, the other one is slightly smaller and there is a gap between it and the cup.

But the thing is my straps ALWAYS fall down. My friends are constantly going “uh..strap” and I’ll push it back up but it falls down again. I think I just have naturally exremely petite shoulders because no strap EVER stays on them!

I’ve tried making the strap really tight so it doesnt fall but it usually does eventually but then the underwire lifts up slightly and theres a gap between underwire and chest and it pushes against my breast a bit.

Is this something to do with:

-the band size
-the cup size
- just naturally small shoulders and I cant do anything about it

Also would this indicate that the cup is too big or too small? :/

It would be great to know like.. now because I am going shopping agin and gonna buy some new bras. Thanks xxx
All y’all answers are really helpful but I live in a tiny town and there are no lingere shops or places that do bra fittings :/ its pretty desperate
