im 14. and everytime i squat or bend my knees they pop.

The pad makes the weight on my back/shoulders feel so much better. I can lift more weight this way. Is using the pad sorta like cheating? Does it make the lift less effective or more?

I heard about this little medical factoid that many diseases that occur later on in life, such as incontinence do not occur in populations that do not use a toilet.
