i have verryyy small boobs like a A32. im 14 and my boobs havent grown for a year so i dont have too much hope considering my moms only a 34A. i used to hate it when id see my friends all around me with Bs and some Cs and always being able to pushup their boobs in pics for fun and then id be just standing there like…ummmm yeahhh. guys would always pay more attention to them and everything and sometimes id be so upset that id cry cuz i cant do anything to make my boobs bigger. but now i realize its not so bad, i mean, us small chested girls can be models unlike those girls with Cs and Ds, we can wear cute tight tanks without r boobs looking huge and popping out and gross. we can wear babydoll dresses and wont look fat because the fabric flows close to r bodies. so dont listen to all the yahooanswers q’s about ooo my boobs r too big and omgg my boobs r like DDs. it really puts us down! i have to admit that i still wish i had a little bigger boobs when it comes to wearing bikinis and stuff, but ive learned to accept it when my aunt had to get a masectomy and had to get her breasts removed because of cancer. so will anyone who feels the same way and also has small boobs please answer to this.

some tips for us small chested girls :
1. victorias secret very sexy ultimate pushup/lift = miracle
2. tighten bra straps as much as possible so u dont feel like the bras too big and so it stays tight to ur boobs
3. do not stuff. its totally obvious
4. think kate moss, nicole kidman, kiera nightly….they all have small boobs!
5. belt flowy shirts right under the bust line. makes ur boobs like bigger and round :)
6. ask the victorias secret lady to get u a bunch of bras good for ur size. either ask for ones that will fit great or make ur boobs more pushed up or bigger. shell bring u a tray of all the ones she thinks r good and hav u try them on.

The tears are very small and it is just at the point where the strap comes in contact with the fibre/cloth. Sand pours out if i lift it, how can i fix it?? Cheers

Me joking around and curling 175 x 5 with semi cheat/small cheat form (not exactly picture perfect form, but still fair) then acting like The Incredible Hulk for a short time. I warmed up with 110 and 135, and both those warm ups I curled with very strict form (much better compared to the 175 x 5 in this video) and fast speed, making about 1 second each. Also, fuck you haters that think just because my form isn’t picture perfect I’ll never get stronger, I’ll even hurt myself. You people think I use shit form to lift because I have to, nah I use very good form most of my workouts, and then cheat some to pump ‘em out, because I like to workout like that more. And believe me, if I hadn’t used cheat curls with looser form than even this, I wouldn’t even be curling 150, even 160 with “picture perfect” form right now. I should know from my fellow weightlifters. Even though the form looks bad here, it’s not too bad (or even as bad as it looks) IMO, you people should try this form with a little more weight than you can strict, and see if that doesn’t make you stronger (because it feels alot harder than it even looks). This is just for all you haters’ information, and your doubt of my knowledge. Yes, I filmed the whole thing, and she made some changes to the video. and now ther barbell is almost inside of my nipple, its extremely swollen and i was wondering if this was normal?
and what i should do about it.
please help !


That is the highlight of the video, but I also did 225 X 8 on inclines and a deep 275 X 2 on squat without a belt or knee wraps. I may be attempting 300+ X 2 rather soon to the same depth under the same conditions.

I do my pushups with my arms on a 1&1/2 foot high dresser thing, is that less effective or is it just as good
