This is a video of me curling 80 lbs on the bar for 12 reps. This has been posted for my bodybuilding.com profile where I am listed as Tom76.

Have me as your personal online trainer at myhitechtrainer.com Hey all, Tuan here with another vid on my rack pulls. This is a great overload exercises for the Deadlift. Here is a brief description of the The Overload Principle; This is probably the most important principle of exercise and training. Simply stated, the Overload Principle means that the body will adapt to the stresses placed upon it. The more you do, the more you are capable of doing. This is how all the training adaptations occur in exercise and training. The human body is an amazing machine. When you stress the body through lifting a weight that the body is unaccustomed to lifting, the body will react by causing physiologic changes to be able to handle that stress the next time it occurs. This concept is similar in cardiovascular training. If you ask the heart, lungs and endurance muscles to do work not previously done, it will make changes to the body to be able to handle that task better the next time. This is how people get stronger, bigger, faster and increase their physical fitness level. As you can see, I perform a set of 10 reps with 675 lbs on my last set. This will allow my body to adapte to the heavier load which I would not be able to pull from the ground. However, when I do get back the the next time I do Deadlifts, my body will be stronger and denser as the weight will feel lighter vs this load on the Rack Pulls. Hope you Enjoy the vid. Josh Gilbert of Average Broz’s Gymnasium does a 140kg/ 308 pound front squat for 3 reps. Bdwt 64kg / 141 pounds, age 18

I’m 5 foot 10 inches.
I weigh 106 pounds.
I’m about average for strength in my biceps
How many reps should I start out doing and how often should I increase the amount of reps?

I hit 225×25 reps then went up to 315×9 and now i’m benching 365×5 for the 3rd set

i want to build mass so how many reps and how often should i workout

My son is sophmore defensive end/ offensive guard 6’4′ 260lb football player and has got letters from some very good universities. He is going to start attending combines. Has explosiveness and work ethic but lacks strength in the 225lbs bench press. He has tried every bench workout routeen but still has 175lb kids doing twice as many reps as him at same age. Right now only 6. Can someone please give me a legitament workout for him?

Any tips on general free weight exercises would be welcome.

Also will it help build any muscle and make my arms look leaner or is it to small of an amount of weight?

Weighing in at 225 I can really push some weight. Downside is it took me seven months to get lean enough to compete on the bodybuilding stage. Tough conundrum…lift big or look ripped…but can’t do both.
