Tim Duncan’s modern-era NCAA rebounding record broken
Move over, Tim Duncan. This NCAA record belongs to Morehead State’s Kenneth Faried, who snapped Duncan’s modern-era Division I career rebounding mark with 12 boards in the Eagles’ 71-65 victory over Indiana State on Saturday.

World Record 1410 pound ottoman deadlift.
Right now I have hit 405lbs on the bench at 24 years old at 181lbs give or take some water weight. I am curious to find out if those numbers are decent in the bench press world or not. I have been looking around online and have come up empty handed. Any info or links would be much appreciated.

I attempted to break the IPF’s long-standing 125kg+ division squat record of 457.5kg by taking 460kg at the 2008 South African Powerlifting Championships in Durban on 14 June 2008. The lift was failed but I did get one white light. General concensus among people that saw the lift was that it was very close (less than half an inch) from being a pass lift. Some guys say that the lift was good. Personally I would prefer not to have any controversy surrounding a world record that I broke so I’d rather prepare for another attempt at the record and make sure that I go even deeper next time.
