ok similar to my other question but i think iv chosen the squat now. But how do i squat without a squat rack i was thinking of doing high reps on squats so then it wudnt be so bad to put the weight down and up aswel and your legs respond to heavy or light so bit in the middle but still how do i get the bar onto my back safely i have a bench press rack but its to far down any suggestions?
