I can do 20 regular pushups and I’ve never tried to do more than one pyramid pushup–which is more progressive?


Alright guys the strength conditioning we’re doing what’s called a pyramid workout, with this pyramid workout wer’e going to do one pullup, then he drops right down and does two push ups, then he goes right over to the plyo jump 24 inches, three of those, from there he’s going to go right into pullups again 2 pullups this time, one, look at that, two, sweet farmer tan, he’s going to drop down and he’s going to get four pushups and then from there he’s going to go to 6 plyo jumps. You can see how these pyramid workouts can completely kick your butt, pyramid workouts are great conditioning, um what he’s going to do is work his way up all the way to ten rounds, so he’s going to double it each round, no stopping inbetween, and once he gets to ten he gets a 30 second rest. I’m going to show you a different variation from what my brother just showed you about the pyramid workout, with pyramid workouts it’s really up to your imagination. What I’m going to in this pyramid workout do is it’s going to be one pullup 2 prison pushups and then we’re going to go into the 3 plyo jumps and we’ll just work our way up the pyramid, so here we go, this is what it’s going to look like 1..1,2…1,2,3, like this, like the floors on fire and we pop right back, here we go, 1,2…1,2,3,4…1,2,3,4,5,6 you see how trashed you can get, I just about ate it, I’m done, see you guys later.
