So You Think UR in Shape?
I usually finish my chest day with 10 one arm pushups on each arm followed by reverse grip or standard pushups until I achieve muscle failure. Start challenging yourself and do hard things, you will be very surprised at what you can accomplish!
If you don’t think these are good push ups, I want to see better!!

I see alot of questions on how to lose weight and people sometimes answer, you can do pushups and crunches to lose weight.
Dont get me wrong, but dont pushups and crunches help build weight? because all you get are abs and muscles which help build weight. But why are people saying to do pushups and crunches to lose weight? Do they really help lose weight?
I already work out and am in shape but if i just do 100 pushups and crunches every single day for a year plus working out will it make a difference?
I haven’t worked out in years, I’m 6′5 230lbs I used to be able to pump out 45 push ups without getting tired, now I do 4 or 5 and almost fall down lol…just wondering about how long it will take to get back to where I was by working out and doing pushups on a daily basis… and if you have any tips on how to get to 45 push ups in minute…
I suck at pushups, so give me a goal that a healthy and strong person should be able to do. Don’t give me lower b/c I’m female, I don’t want gender to be included in your “calculation”.
