Push ups are an excellent way to develop the chest, triceps, shoulders as well as scapular and core stabilizers. The chains are a great way to load a traditional push up for an athlete. Using the Kettle Bells(KB) also create an unstable environment so the athlete must use their grip strength in order to keep the bells from falling.
