I have been getting a lot of questions about how I work my chest. Now before anything, I just want to remind all of you that this is what I have done to improve the power, strength, size, and shape of it. But just because this worked well for me DOES NOT MEAN it will work for you. If you choice to do this, it is by your own choice and free will. Here I have using a rev. grip bench press. I DO NOT just this all the time. Just during my power lifting phase to increase my joint strength and stability. Also, it takes a way from the use of the front delts so it makes you the work the chest and tris harder. The sec. is another form of plyo pushups with boxes or in my case, step up platforms. If I have a enhanced push up bra with a wire in it how am I supposed to wear it? should it fit tight with the straps the shortest for more cleavage/lift. or should it be looser with the straps longish? I hope your not confused…p.s. the wire part at the bottom of the cup where should that be? should it be at the bottom of the breast, higher or lower? Pleaze answer every question, it would be greatly appreciated (:
Hindu push up is an advanced complex exercise to train shoulders triceps and chest muscles. Requires no eqipment and can be performed at home. Excellent exercise for martial arts workout.
