Have me as your personal online trainer at myhitechtrainer.com Hey all, all natural/drug free/raw lifter Tuan here with a chance to talk with 900 lbs plus bench presser Tiny Meeker. He is the host of the GOODSON AUTO GROUP Presents 2009 APF/AAPF SPACE CITY OPEN August 29, 2009. Now this is my first meet of the year, and after losing about 23 lbs for bodybuilding, I am now back into my powerlifting mode to help increase my muscle, and of course getting back to good of heavy lifting. The reason that I pick this event is because once again, this is a drug tested event if you choose to compete in the AAPF. Also, they promote the RAW (no equipment except weight belt) aspect of powerlifting which is what I like to compete in as well. Here I will try to reach a total of 1400 LBS in total weight RAW after my 3 lifts (squat, bench, deadlift), but I only weighted in at 183 lbs, about 15 lbs off from my true powerlifting weight, so we will see what happens. www.LeeHayward.com Dynamic Effort Squat Workout. This is a video clip of a workout I did on January 2, 2009. It’sa West Side Barbell powerlifting style workout that consists of box squats done with approx. 50% of 1 rep max for 10 sets of 2 reps. Pull throughs with low pulley cable 3 sets of 10 reps. 1 leg squats or bench lunges for 4 sets of 10 reps. 1 arm dumbbell row for 4 sets of 6 reps. And barbell shrugs for 3 sets of 15 reps. Afterwards I finished up with some stretching for the muscles I just worked.
