max dumbbell overhead presses?
Suppose someone can dumbbell overhead press 45#’s in each hand 90#’s total, how much do you think they could lift doing the barbell version of the overhead press?

This is a great combo I like to do alot for both bodybuilding and powerlifting, OverHead Shoulder Raises and Rear Delt Flys. For bodybuilding, it helps bring out the detail for my shoulders and my upper back. But in Powerlifting, it helps to keep my shoulders and joints moble and balance. Too often, guys are doing way to much training for the chest, front and lateral delts, and arm training, not nearly enough back and rear delf training. I can tell you for a fact that I pull way more than I push. That has helped me to stay clear of many injuries. Also, you can see that I am not using heavy weights at all. I know most of my vids have me using heavy wegihts, but I can tell you as a matter of fact, many of my exercises are like this as well. Remember, weight is only a measurment of intensity.
