And before you ask, yes it is as loose as it can get, and yes her weight limit is still way below the recommended that the swing can hold (about 15 lbs below). Please help!
This is a slide show of pictures taken me over the last 8 months. I have lost a total of 110 pounds so far. Keep cehcking back for updates. I am a real life biggest loser. Before anyone makes the comment, yes I am bragging. I am doing the weight loss the hard way diet and exercise. I am up to 3 hours a day on my exercise bike and the Gazelle, as well as lifting weights.
I am attempting to do 7,000 pushups a month, anyone think this is remotely possible for someone in regular shape? Have you ever tried/done more?
Ok so i understand the military does a ton but I mean just for your regular 9-5 workin man.

Mike Sichelman performing Jim Wendler’s 5/3/1 program. This is week 3 of month 6. I continute to hit 5s, 6s & 7s for all week 3 heavy sets, but as you can see the poundages are getting heavy & my speed is is becoming an issue. Despite this, I am very happy with the 5/3/1 program: In years past I have literally wasted my off-season, giving away my hard-earned gains before a contest, and settling for higher volume work with lighter weights. I am literally not only where I’d expect to be in week 4 of a typical 8 week progressive overload powerlifting program, I’m hitting weights where I would usually start using loose gear. The only thing I’ve used so far is a loose belt & wrist wraps. Bench Press & Military Press days were not filmed due to low batteries. 245×5 in BP, 175×5 in MP. Ignore the gut, I will be a svelte 181 for the USAPL Md States on 12/19. And, as a matter of fact, that IS actually IPF legend Iain Burgess spotting my squats, and griping because I didn’t tell him how many reps I was doing. Good times.
