I will be doing 4 high intensity cardio sessions per week from now on to lose body fat, but I want to stick to my bench press goal being able to do at least one rep on 285lbs, right now I can only do 200lbs. Is it possible? I don’t want to bulk up, I want to get a lean shape.
I think it’s called a belt lap and it’s a procedure you get done as an out patient and it makes something smaller so you feel full and then you lose weight. I know it needs approved by a dr like if your being overweight is hindering you walking or giving you more health problems. What is the risk factor and does it work?? I’m desperate and my weight is hurting me in many different ways so am willing to shoot for something like this if able to. My dr is not very complying to things like this so don’t know if she’ll go for it or not. Need advice please.
Will Bench Press,Curl Ups,push ups,squats,and crunches each day will make u lose weight if so when do you see results in weight loss ?
