Hey guys just wondering if anybody knew if there was a term that refers to those three numbers added up.
i’ve heard people of trying to get that number to 1000lbs. or 1600lbs (for bodybuilders)

I can squat 285, but my straight bar dead lift only around 245. Seems odd to me

The pad makes the weight on my back/shoulders feel so much better. I can lift more weight this way. Is using the pad sorta like cheating? Does it make the lift less effective or more?
