i have been using dumbells for a while now but havent used them for about a week i started using them last night for a little while and i woke up in the morning with chest pains it feel tightened in the morn
now i dont know if this has anything to do with anxiety or if its an anxiety shock but could my pecs be going into shape now?
And when you dumbell wrist curls it doesnt hurt at all, and since my wrist doesnt hurt my fore arm actually gets tired.
I have had a pain in my left wrist ( mostly between thumb and side of wrist) for the past few weeks. i notice it hurts more when i first wake up as the day goes on the pain eases up but does not go away. I start to ware a ace wrap around my wrist at night that seems to help a lil but not completely helps heal it all any ideas on what this the problems or how to heal it?

I broke my wrist/arm in may 2008,and it healed perfectly fine until i started to box again the september of 09. One day, i took off my left wrist wrap and it felt like it was almost broken again, and i went and got it x-rayed and apparently it’s fine. I quit boxing because of this in February of ‘10, and it has had it’s ups and downs. When i was taking voltarin for my neck, my wrist felt fine, but i got off it and its beginning to hurt again and when i try to bend my wrist at a 90 degree angle up or down, it is excruciating. Sometimes it aches.When i go to work out, if i do pushups i cant have my hand open, i have to make a fist or it completely kills and feels like it will break. Ive had it checked and my doctors say it’s fine i just need to keep using it more dominantly. Ive been trying that for a whole year, and its not working. When i go to the gym i can curl 40lbs with my right arm, but no more than 15 with my left or i literally cant do it. What kind of excercises can i try to fix this? I dont want to take any medication, because i just got off taking voltarin
oh and im 17 and the doctors say they highly doubt its arthiritis ahhaah
