Holding your weight in your right hand, bend over slightly at the waist with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your side. 2. Transfer weight to your left leg as you step back with your right foot and simultaneously bringing your right arm straight back. 3. Step back to the beginning position and lower your arm back to your side, making sure to keep your back straight throughout the exercise. 4. ok we used to lift all week Wednesday being run day(cardio) but our db coach gone so now {mon-squat// tues-go outside learn plays// wedns-bench//- thurs- plays//-friday sometimes football most the time..clean/ squat /press&cardio} //monday for my at home workout is3×10-shoulder seated barbell press///military press///seated dumbell///abwheel//// next bench press///floor bench press////pushups 4×25 //ab workout i got from school// then close crip bench// french press/// slow dips 3 sec up 3 sec down//leg raises ///please fit that into my schedule safely im tryna get my tricep horse shoe.. thats where those workouts came from..{{PLEASE PUT THEM IN THERE WHERE I DONT INTERUPT MY MUSCLE BUILDING PROCESS AND I ACTUALLY GET STRONGER }} THANKS 10 POINTS
