I can do 330 three times. Ive had 2 knee surgeries. Is that good?
right now I can do around 6 reps at 165 lbs. I’m 160 lbs. I’ve never tried to see how much I can bench, but I know I can do 115.

Oh btw, i finished Insanity, so im not new to these workout stuff
My story: I wear a 36D bra, & my boobs have always caused me trouble. They aren’t as high as I want them to be, & they’re really heavy to me, which causes me to slouch.
Well, I found this thing called the “strap perfect” clip, at cvs (also sold at walgreens)
It’s a small clip that you clips your bra straps together in the back, which gives amazingg lift, makes my boobs look big & perky, & gives an amazing looking cleavage, lol.
Also, with the great lift it provides, my boobs don’t feel as heavy, so I don’t slouch & my back doesn’t hurt.
It’s only $10, at CVS & Walgreens.
I am really very pleased with this product, so I thought I’d share it with everyone else.
Has anyone else tried it?
Oh, & it’s real main purpose is to just hide bra straps, which is does well also, lol
Whether doing dumbell squats or barbell squats, is this exercise really good for the whole entire body?
I already work out and am in shape but if i just do 100 pushups and crunches every single day for a year plus working out will it make a difference?
I’m going on vacation for 2 and half weeks and would like to maintain the strength i’ve worked so hard for. I would really like some weightless exercises that i could do to keep my legs strong as well as my arms.
Bumblebees droned amongst the white flowers that carpeted the small clearing, buzzing around Declan’s bare feet. The autumn sun felt good after the long walk through the forest, and Declan tilted his face towards the sky, eyes closed. The bright light of the sun made his eyelids glow red.
“We’re here Dec. Listen close, you hear?”
Declan opened his eyes. A fussy-looking Oliver stood before him, one pale hand on his hip.
“Right, I’m listening.”
Oliver surveyed Declan briefly, as if sizing him up.
“OK. Well, like I said before, only the bravest, strongest boys can be in the Fairdale Boys.”
Declan nodded, his hazel eyes solemn. He knew how important this was.
“Give me your key.”
“Huh?” Declan asked, confused. Oliver didn’t answer, just stuck out his hand expectantly. Declan lifted the thin leather strap from around his neck, on which dangled a small brass skeleton key. No sooner had he handed it to Oliver that Oliver tossed the key into the wide stream gurgling sluggishly along behind him.
“Hey!” Declan cried, indignant. “That’s my only key!”
“Well, you’d better jump in after it then!”
”But it’ll be freezing in there! I’ll catch cold!”
“Oh, I’m sorry. I thought you wanted to hang out with the Fairdale Boys….”
“I do!” Interrupted Declan.
“Well then stop being such a sissy!”
Declan opened his mouth to argue again, but thought better of it. Oliver was in one of his moods, and it wouldn’t do to upset him. Not today. Not when Declan was trying out for a place in the Fairdale Boys, the local boys gang run by Oliver. Declan had no friends in his new home save his mother, and mother’s didn’t really count. This was his one chance at being accepted by his new peers, and it didn’t look like his cousin was going to make it easy for him.
Declan stepped up to the side of the wide, deep brook and surveyed the icy water. It was a warm day, but winter’s chill had already begun to creep into the brooks and streams that bubbled through the woods.
“Do I need to come up with a time limit or what?”
“No, sorry!” Declan said quickly, glancing at Oliver, who now stood with both hands on his hips.
“Move then!”
Declan peeled off his shirt and kicked off his shoes and socks. He shuffled to the bit of embankment closest to the place in the brook where his key lay, glimmering in the muddy creek-bed. Trying not to think about how cold he would be in a few seconds, Declan drew as deep a breath and jumped in.
He needn’t have taken such a long breath, for the water only came up to his armpits. The air left his lungs in a lusty scream of surprise-never had he felt anything this cold. It felt not only like he had been encased in ice, but that within the ice were needles jabbing at him all over with bright, cold spikes of pain.
I am starting at 5kg as they suit me best… I have only got a pair of Dumbells and that’s it. I would also like to build up on my “Pecks”.
