Whats a good plan? I can do about 20 reps of 25 at a time. how often should I do it, how many times a day ect. thanks!
Hi, I recently busted my ankle and can’t do exercises such as squats or lunges. However, I can do exercises such as holding a squat position against a wall for up to 3 mins. So my question is, is there a point in holding a squat like that and will it help in developing muscle or maintaining it.
If you can give me a source it would be appreciated. Thanks
I am goigng for my black belt in january and i want to gain weight and get ride of some fat, i have kind of a big butt, and strong thighs, mostly out of muscle beacuse i do taekwondo, i have done this since 2002!!
any advice!!
