If so could you direct me to some sites that would help with this? I’m debating on getting a bowflex or this and wanted to know what could give me the best full body workout?


This 10 minute workout is designed for the beginner or intermediate exerciser. Please consult a doctor before beginning any new exercise program. Try this video once a day, or repeat 3-4 times in a row for a full body workout. More advanced exercisers can use this as a warm-up. In only 10 minutes a day you can tone your body and increase your overall fitness level. Use this every day for 21 days to start a new workout habit or add 10 extra minutes to burn off 100 calories!

Do they work okay? Are they “old lady” bras?? I cant wear those tiny ones with a thin strap, I need more lift (36D) Any reccomendations for one of their bras????

I like to spread out my workout and was just curious if it would be more beneficial if I did a full set of 100 in the morning or a set of 50 in the morning and another set of 50 at night. If there was a difference.


This workout consists of 9 different exercises that will test you cardiovascular fitness level. A 20 lb weighted vest was also used to further increase the difficulty of the exercises. The goal of this workout is to keep moving for 30 seconds with a 30 to 60 second break in between exercises.
