“Are you taping me?” Yeah! “I’ve been had before!” Glenn giggles. Glenn Williams works out at Princeton Fitness. He is 91 years old, soon to be 92 on July 8th, 2009. His balance isn’t the best, so he stays on the first floor now. We keep equipment that is best for our seniors on the first floor for just that reason. I followed him in the end of his routine to see what he had to say about it. He walks with a cane and was a POW in WWII. 9:45 pm 3-3-09. I was waiting for a client to show to do a lower body orientation. I was alone. Suddenly a treadmill started on its own. When I got up there it was at a running pace- 5.9.
