Pressing 280 pounds 11 times

Because Ive noticed that working out 1 hand is harder than lifting with duel weights and i seem to lift more. But is it better than duel lifting?


I could only get 6 reps. Crap was heavy. I think i can get it up to 8 reps in a month. well see. Im all about full extentions
