Well, some people say that elbows need to be straightened out when bringing dumbbells close, and they also say that its like giving a hug to someone, i dont understand how can anybody hug with elbows straight?

So, i do not have a bench, and want to get a big upper body, can you give me some excersises please?


www.thebestexercises.com – this is a tough exercise…all you have to do is craawl forward with two heavy dumbells in your hands. It’s deceptively simple and very tough on the core!

I do 100(lifts,10-pounds) on each arm every day since the past week on my dumbells. Should i be doing more sets or more weight? Please help me out?! =)
I also take a 10 second break every 50lifts(25 on each arm)
My arms are getting a lot bigger and harder and i can do a bit more in every day life.
