Hey guys I stopped the diet i was on mainly because i didn’t see any noticeable results. This doesn’t mean my Journey ends here though. I’m Going to the Gym now and using machines instead of only Free weights at home. Plus I’m Trying out a Pre-workout supplement called Jack3D. Hopefully I will notice some Gains and losses using this, eating healthy and following the Hodge twins Site and work out plans.
