I need to work my legs but it is hard for me to get the proper form down for a regular squat (barbell squat)….so instead i use a machine that some people may know as a 45 degree leg press…..its basically a squat but instead of standing straight up and down your at a 45 degree angle….

does it work the same? if not, which one is better?

All of the exercises that I train that lead up to 90 degree pushups! Thanks for watching! Music: “The Whip Theme” Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com)

Ive heard that when your legs form a right angle on a squat thats as low as you should go also that when doing benchpress your arms should only go halfway and make a right angle but idk when you touch your chest dont you get more of a stretch in the pectorals?

TryBodylastics.com If you want to get a great home workout without spending too much you must get the Bodylastics resistance bands. You will be pleased to know that the bodylastics bands provide more than enough resistance for 90% of people and are adjustable. They adjust to provide very heavy as well as light resistance. You can get them at TryBodylastics.com It is very important to work the muscles in your back just as much as any other muscles in your body to have a balanced physique. Make sure you retract your shoulder blades squeezing them back at the end of the motion. Your shoulders should not protract. It is important you have sufficient resistance from your resistance tubes. If your tube does not give you enough repetitions to challenge you for at the very most 20 reps when you are fresh you may want to either get a tougher tube or use 2 tubes.
