(Machine) Just seeing how many I could rep out. Before the haters start in, yes I know machines suck compared to free weights. But, 200lbs of resistance on a machine is still tough.

I get back pains after doing curls like barbell or ez bar curls.
I tried keeping my back straight and standing tall while doing em, but it seems to make no different.
Any suggestions? Thanks
