I recently became a member of the Monkey Bar Gym in Madison, WI. This is by far the best gym I’ve been a member of. Its fun, intense, social and provides a killer workout and NO FREE WEIGHTS AS YOU PROBABLY KNOW THEM. Very unconventional but effective, fun workouts. I dont work for them, but Im a huge fan. This video shows me doing their pole course that hangs from the ceiling. Hard to picture, but thats why Im showing you this video. Note: Although I complete the pole course one way, my form needs a lot of work. Im way too jerky. Once I complete it one way with proper form, my goal is to go down and back.
