Hello.
I’ve heard a few different ways to lift dumbells. One is that you just do as many as you can, and then you stop. The other is that you lift as much weight as you can 12 times or something, then rest for 10seconds or something, then do another 12 times and keep repeating.
I’ve searched for ways online, but I’m not having any luck. Anyhelp please?
