I am whitedragonawa. I just bought some Celcius and I am going to try it out for over 2 months and see if it works. I will drink a can once a day, even on my rest days. On my workout days I will drink it 15-20 minutes before I work out for over an hour or 2 or 3 hours depending on what I do that day. I will do Martial Arts: shadow boxing in the mirror, kickboxing, hitting pads and possibly grappling when I can. I will lift weights in my apartment gym doing the pullupdown bar on the pulley and rows, tricep pulley, 8 minute abs workout from youtube 3 days a week, jogging on the treadmill every day, using the elliptical every day and the stationary bike. I will also do Tae Bo on some days and free weights and finally the perfect pushup twisting bars I have. In a little over 2 months I will see if this actually works or if its a gimmick and just a placebo effect. I will upload a new video after I drink them all and finish my workouts. I will workout 6 days a week and on one day rest. I will try to eat decently healthy but not over-do it by going crazy with health food. But I won’t pig out on fast food or junk food much at all. I started on April 22nd so come back in about 2 months. *Check out my blog: whitedragonawa.wordpress.com
