Lady of America presents their 10 video work out series. Each exercise will target a different area of the body that will get you toned. This video shows an exercise called Pushups with Butt Kicks, which targets chest muscles core muscles and glutes. For this exercise, you will need a chair. You will do 5 repetition on each leg. You will assume a pushup position, and as you push up, you will lift up your leg. This is one of the best exercises women can do as it will help many areas of the body get toned and physically strong over time. Im trying to tone my butt, really all around more muscle less fat.
Im planning on doing pull ups, ab lifts (like the ones you do when your strapped up to a pullup bar, when you lift your legs up) and hopefully some good butt workout thats very difficult
