275lbs. Weight belt. Looser form. Proper execution of bent barbell row excercise. This is a great all around mass builder for your back muscles. I start from standing because I believe its eaiser to achieve a “safe” position as far as form is concerned. You can set your feet, and tighten your core before lowering into the excercise.
