SUBSCRIBE! I know the quality isn’t that great, and my “assistant” forgot to step closer to get a better video of me flexing after the deadlift (attempt), so I apologize for that. Before you say “that’s way too much weight for you” let me explain. I did the exact same lift (315lbs) a couple minutes earlier (with perfect form) just to be sure I was capable of such. My shoulder has been bothering me for about a week now and I almost completed this lift before it got bad enough to distract me and cause me to have to drop it. Not to mention deadlifting isn’t very easy with that jacket on. The shirt had triple layers on the collar haha, that’s why it took me a little longer to tear it. It’s a shirt that was baggy on me last year. I promise the quality will be far better in the next video. Thanks for watching and enjoy! Comments are awesome! If you would like to donate then feel free to message me for details. :) Thank you!

SUBSCRIBE for more! New video every three weeks. :) Ask me a question in the comment section or in a message and I’ll try to answer it in my next video. :) And yes, I’ll talk in the next one, I meant to in this one but I was so pressed for time I forgot. If you have any questions, feel free to message me, I always respond. Anyone who would like to donate – any amount, large or small – can contact me via YouTube messaging. It’s greatly appreciated and it goes towards supplements, any amount is amazing and helps immensely. Thank you to those who have donated! If you’d like to chat with me, add my yahoo: limitless_insanity I’m not on it very often but I use it when I can. I know the posing wasn’t the best this time but I’m working on improving it. Weights used in video: Deadlift – 325lbs Pullups – 40lbs (plus bodyweight, 161, total of 201lbs) Dips – 100lbs (plus bodyweight = 261lbs) Log flip – 250-300lbs Dumbbell curl – 61lbs per side (I couldn’t include dumbbell benchpress again this time, the video was a little blurry and I didn’t have enough room to add it in with the other videos, but it’ll be there next time!) Thank you to everyone who donates, leaves a comment, gives a thumbs up, subscribes, favorites, and views, it means a lot to me.
