Build Bigger Triceps here: athleanx.com As many of you may know, the majority of muscle in the arm comes from the triceps. While the biceps is one of the showier muscles in the body, it’s the triceps that fill up the T-shirt and make the professional athlete’s arms pop out of their uniforms. Now, athleanx.com and celebrity fitness trainer Jeff Cavaliere will show you a short circuit workout that you can do to get “bigger triceps” in just three weeks. The triceps are one of the main pushing muscles in your upper body. They help to support the chest muscles and shoulder delt muscles to do their job. When the triceps are strong, all of your other lifts in the gym become easier. Also, when the triceps are big…people take notice as they see your “guns” filling up your sleeves. My top professional athletes and celebrities know what I mean when I say the “Twisted Triceps” workout is coming. It means, sore triceps the next day! It also means bigger arms guaranteed. Start doing exactly what my guys are doing today by using this very same workout. Get bigger triceps in just three weeks! Then, head over to www.athleanx.com pick up your copy of the AthLEAN-X Training System to get the same body as the professional athletes, without having to look like one!

Go to BuildMuscleBurnFat.info my FREE workout plan Build Muscle and Burn Fat FAST AS HELL! How To do 21’s First you will need to pick a weight on a barbell or ez-curl bar that will be moderately challenging for you. Maybe about 70% of the weight you use for regular sets of 10. For example, being able to curl 110 pounds 10 times may require you to drop down to about 80 pounds for this particular exercise. 2 The exercise is best described as doing 3 exercises back to back, isolating different parts of you biceps. 3 The first movement you will be making is basically half of a curl. Have the bar at your waist and lift until your forearms are parallel to the floor, stop, lower the weight and repeat 7 times. 4 Without rest, after your 7th rep, start in the position that you ended with in the last movement (forearms parallel to the floor) and then bring the bar to your neck, back down to the starting position and back up to your neck for 7 reps. This movement is basically the top half of the typical curl whereas the previous step was the bottom half. 5 Now you have totaled 14 reps and your biceps should be on fire but its not over yet. To complete this exercise, finish it off with 7 more full motion curls to make the total 21 reps (Hence the name). Good Luck! Brandon Carter

I recently bought the Iron Gym Total Body Fitness Kit from Olympia Sports for 49.99. My goal is to get ALOT bigger than I am now cuz I’m pretty ******* scrawny. lol. If you saw my other questions, you’ll see I have a lot of questions about exercising, weight gain, fitness and all that crap. Anyways, it comes with the Iron Gym Pull Up Bar itself, ab straps for the pull ups, Cardio Jump Rope that is wireless, and rotating push up bars. I’m hoping that using all of these workout equipment, I will gain weight. For those who have this product, what is your workout routine? I am thinking I will do these exercises and use all of the equipment everyday for at least 30 mins a day. After I am done working out all together, I will drink a protein shake and maybe have some protein like peanut butter sandwiches and all that kind of stuff. And if I start seeing minor results at least, the kind of results I wanna see, I will take one step closer and start lifting dumbbells and possibly start benching if I still have a bench and will then do 1 hr per day of workouts everyday, but I don’t know if that is pushing it or not. I don’t know about the foods that I will eat but I know I will probably eat at least 5 meals a day with Breakfast, snack, Lunch, snack, Dinner, and possible dessert. But I am being careful that I am not losing weight instead of gaining weight, because I REALLY need to gain weight. What would be a good workout routine for all of the equipment mentioned? and how fast would I see results if I continued doing the workout schedule? Lemme know if you need more information then I will provide you with the needed information for an answer.
I don’t want to get bigger and heavier, I just want to get more definition in my chest specifically.
