Go to BuildMuscleBurnFat.info my FREE workout plan Build Muscle and Burn Fat FAST AS HELL! How To do 21’s First you will need to pick a weight on a barbell or ez-curl bar that will be moderately challenging for you. Maybe about 70% of the weight you use for regular sets of 10. For example, being able to curl 110 pounds 10 times may require you to drop down to about 80 pounds for this particular exercise. 2 The exercise is best described as doing 3 exercises back to back, isolating different parts of you biceps. 3 The first movement you will be making is basically half of a curl. Have the bar at your waist and lift until your forearms are parallel to the floor, stop, lower the weight and repeat 7 times. 4 Without rest, after your 7th rep, start in the position that you ended with in the last movement (forearms parallel to the floor) and then bring the bar to your neck, back down to the starting position and back up to your neck for 7 reps. This movement is basically the top half of the typical curl whereas the previous step was the bottom half. 5 Now you have totaled 14 reps and your biceps should be on fire but its not over yet. To complete this exercise, finish it off with 7 more full motion curls to make the total 21 reps (Hence the name). Good Luck! Brandon Carter

Grab 2 Free Muscle Reports at www.21DayQuickMassBuilding.com or Try the Program Risk Free http Well, today was just the third workout since the start of 2011. I had taken the last three weeks in December off and the first couple of weeks in January, but it feels good to be back at it again but it kind of sucks because I lost some muscle size and strength as well, however I felt pretty damn good tonight considering. My energy was sky high and I honestly think that taking a little time off had a lot to do with that. Also I’m gonna be training from my home for a little while instead of going to the gym in order to totally focus and not be distracted. Going to the gym is great and obviously you have more exercise choices, but it’s easy to get caught up in the bullshittin that goes on between the fellas, you know all the talking and shit. So now that I’m training in my garage alone I’ll be able to focus in on my training one hundred percent, and I’m looking forward to some hardcore workouts. I went through tonight’s workout pretty quick and would’ve gone a little faster had I not been recording every set as that took a little extra time setting the camera up for each set, but anyway I still hit the weights hard and got it done in good time…it took just one hour. By the way I started my 21 Fast Mass Building Challenge today. In case you haven’t heard, Vince Delmonte and Lee Hayward just released a new Muscle Building Course that guarantees that anyone can pack on up to 12 …

Here is a killer arm workout you can do at home with just a set of dumbbells to help get those huge guns, I’m sore for days after doing this workout. This is an arm workout for the advanced bodybuilder, if you are new to bodybuilding please check my website for a more appropriate workout. There are six exercises, three for biceps and three for triceps. The entire workout takes 45 minutes and there is very little down time. Make sure you have done warm-up sets for both biceps and triceps before starting this workout because we start in with really heavy weights and you don’t want to get injured. Intensity and focus are really important when you do this workout. Don’t hold back anything, treat every set as if it were your last. I know I sound stupid with all my grunting and groaning but when I give it 110%, I can’t help it. In this workout we do one exercise for biceps then without rest do the opposing triceps muscle. Here is the workout: Biceps: dumbbell curl using forced negatives Triceps: skull crushers Rest 60-90s while preparing dumbbells for next exercises Biceps: Twenty-ones with barbell Triceps: narrow grip bench press Rest 60-90s while preparing dumbbells for next exercises Biceps: reverse grip barbell curls Triceps: dumbbell kick backs Repeat the above five times, the complete workout should take about 45 minutes. If you don’t like reconfiguring the dumbbells all the time you can also just do each bicep/triceps combo 5X and then move on to the next combo.Anyone …

I have been doing a lot of pushups lately, because I was told they help strengthen your pectoral muscles. I’ve been doing them two different ways: with my hands directly below my shoulders, and with my hands a few inches away from my shoulders. After I’m done, my biceps are really sore and tight, but my pecs don’t feel like they got much of a workout. Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong?
