I know these are perhaps the most common two weight excersises to compare strength.
For bicep curl I do: 13.4kg
For Bench Press I do: 31.4kg
I just want to see how I compare to what everyone else can do. I’ve only just started doing weights so don’t be to critical.
How much do you do?
(1:54)- Wide Grip Barbell curls (4:00)- Inside grip curls (5:46)- Wide dumbbell curls (7:26)- Hammer curls (8:46)- Reverse grip bar curls (9:26)- Inward curls (10:25)- close grip Pull-ups This is my Bicep Workout! Saw it on TV, a guy is laying on an inclined bench doing bicep curls. Did 1 rep each arm to try it with low weights, seemed to be working the upper part of the biceps but also put pressure on my elbows, so is this a good workout and what is the proper techniques?
i dont want to be huge and bulky. i am a swimmer. i like the bicep curl machine, but i was wandering if it really works them that good. what do you think?
i am 15 5 ft 7 and i workout my arms with 30 minutes of pushups and 30 minute weightlifting daily.
Or is it better to do pushups on every even day and bicep curls on every odd day?
