Give me how many days per week
so ive been doing just regular arm curls (100 on each arm)and upright rows (100 on each arm) for about 6 weeks now (with 15lb) and my arms got a little bit bigger.Now i am using 20lb but my arms are not getting any bigger, i just wanted to know do i have to make the weights heavier?, do i have to do different kinds of techniques? or anything else that im doing wrong.

2010, Dante Dall’Antonia curling 50LB Dumbells (26 reps each arm). Body weight is 180lbs (82 Kilos)
I go to the gym every other day and I have the same workout every time. I’ve been going for about a month now and sometimes when I’m doing the bench press my left bicep starts to hurt. (not burn though). Why would that happen? Oh, and sometimes I feel it hurt in the back of fmy arm bear my triceps too.
Ok but for the protein- would a protein shake be better or would just meat be better?
I know these are perhaps the most common two weight excersises to compare strength.
For bicep curl I do: 13.4kg
For Bench Press I do: 31.4kg
I just want to see how I compare to what everyone else can do. I’ve only just started doing weights so don’t be to critical.
How much do you do?
(1:54)- Wide Grip Barbell curls (4:00)- Inside grip curls (5:46)- Wide dumbbell curls (7:26)- Hammer curls (8:46)- Reverse grip bar curls (9:26)- Inward curls (10:25)- close grip Pull-ups This is my Bicep Workout!
