I’m 17 years old, 6 foot 164 pounds. I bench press 235 and squat 335. I want to play runningback next fall. What is an ideal weight, bench, and squat to play it and be good. I run a 4.5 40 yard dash if that helps. Thanks!

I am a sophomore high school football player.
I’m going to be a freshman and I want to play high school football as a Wide Reciever of Safety. I’m 5feet 6in and i weigh about 126. I just need to kno what i should be at.
I’m squatting 405 and benching 315 five time both of them and I want to know how much more do I need to play college football, I’m going to be college freshman next year.
