But I didn’t wrap it around my thumb and went to sleep. When I woke up my hand was swollen to a very noticeable size, especially my thumb and the area round it. What do I do?
I got an x ray. They said no fractures but there is a lot of bruising. How long would be best to keep it wrapped for.
This will support and compress a sprained wrist.
