It might just be the rounding of my shoulders because it doesn’t feel like my back is rounding over since I am going heavy and there is no discomfort in my back. and I am reping 300+ so i feel like I would feel it if I was doing it totally wrong. Today I put in headphones and the round part of my tragus piercing fell out from inside my ear. I go to a small college in the middle of no where, so I don’t have a car, and I have to do this myself, or have one of my friends do it for me. How do I get it back on?
