Haven’t posted a video for a while, so I figured I’d go for some icons on The Vertical Summit (a forum dedicated to increasing vertical jump). The icons were: 1.5x bodyweight squat (which I accomplished) 2x bodyweight deadlift (which I botched) And there are also some jumps at the end. My movement efficiency is definitely better than my last video, even though I’m heavier. If I get my strength back up, I hope my vert will follow. And I forgot to put this in the video, but my standing reach is 8′1″ in shoes. Music: Tool – Forty Six & 2 (which is a little too short for the video, but the other song I tried to use wouldn’t work right)
